Claudia's Trip to Southern Germany (Grade 8 - 12) This WebQuest offers you the opportunity to improve your German and familiarize yourself with German internet resources related to travel. You read a letter written by a girl who wishes to plan a stay in southern Germany and answer the questions raised in the letter.

German Holidays (Grade 9 - 12) ThinkQuest Project created by Russell Sample and Leif Wulf. Find a table of contents for holidays in the United States and Germany.

German Unification Case Study  (Grade 9 - 12) Created by Falk Cammin, Los Altos Hills, CA. Very similar to a Webquest, this project involves  exploration of the issues of German reunification by taking on the role of involved citizens, and discussion of problems and solutions.

Germany and the 2002 World Cup  Created by A. Cruickshank This Webquest sends students to the official German FIFA site to search for the answers to 16 World Cup related questions. (Monitor students to make sure they don’t switch to the English-speaking site.)

Immigrants from Germany (Grade 9 - 12) Created by John Faller. German immigrants have contributed much to the history of the United States. By following the activities in this Webquest you will learn much about these important contributions to our nation's history, as well as contributions to specific areas of the country.

Kafka (Grade 9 - 12)  Created by Dan Davey.  This WebQuest includes reading Kafka for homework. 

Kino In Frankfurt (Grade 6 - 12)  Created by Lewis Johnson. Students learn about movies showing in Germany. 

Lola Rennt  Information, worksheets and location shots for the Movie "Run Lola Run".

Let's Take a Trip to Germany (Grade 9 - 12) Created by Peggy Otsu. Students take a trip across the Atlantic Ocean to Germany and keep track of their discoveries in a trip planner.

Movie:Grease Activities and a quiz to accompany Grease in German.

Netzspiegel:Deutsche Landeskunde im Internet Ten Webquests, each of which explores a major aspect of contemporary German culture.

Rug Rats  Activities and quizzes to accompany the Rug Rats movie in German.

Schwarz wald und Amazonas Regenwald: A Comparison  (Grade 5 - 8) Compare the Amazon (South America) to the Black Forest (Austria). Developed as a part of a Grade 4 - 12 Foreign Language program in Elmbrook School District in Wisconsin.
