Standards and tests are designated for Grades 1,4,8,and 12. All other grades include this statement: This is a tested ____ grade standard with achievement tools appropriate for this grade level.

Note: Nebraska does not have state test data available. Individual school districts have made a choice as to which test they want to give their students. ICLE has made the decision not to prioritize individual tests. However, the essential skills are included.

Nebraska standards have 3 levels. Level 1:  Strand; Level 2: Content Standard   Level 3: Student Demonstrations
