Testing Data: The Louisiana Educational Assessment Program for the 21st Century (LEAP 21) is Louisiana’s new criterion–referenced testing (CRT) program. These tests measure how well a student has mastered the new state content standards. Once fully implemented, LEAP 21 will be administered at grades 4 and 8, and the Graduation Exit Examination for the 21st Century (GEE 21) at grades 10 and 11. More information may be found at:
