English Language Arts –Grades 3, 5, 8 and 10

Reviewers used the HCPS II Hawaii’s State Assessment Teacher’s Guide for Interpreting the Hawaii Content and Performance Standards by the Hawaii Department of Education to determine priority designations.   This document contained the blueprints for Reading, Writing, and Mathematics. Analysis took place for Grades 3, 5, 8 and 10.  Note that items are marked either Low, indicating no items being addressed, or High, indicating that for standards addressed, it appeared that more than one test item or cluster of test items addressed that standard.
