 Colorado Curriculum Matrix Summary

CSAP High, Medium, Low Designations 

English Language Arts

A High designation was given to the Model Content Standard/Suggested Expectation if the CSAP 2001 Item Map crosswalked 3 or more times to the standard/expectation.  A Medium designation was given if the Item Map crosswalked 1 or 2 times to the standard/expectation.  A Low designation was given if the standard/expectation was not matched to the Item Map.

Mathematics

A High designation was given to the Model Content Standard/Suggested Expectation if the CSAP 2001 Item Map crosswalked 3 or more times to the standard/expectation.  A Medium designation was given if the Item Map crosswalked 1 or 2 times to the standard/expectation.  A Low designation was given if the standard/expectation was not matched to the Item Map.

8th Grade Mathematics we were able to use CSAP 2000 and 2001 Item map.  An average of the High, Medium, Low designations was given on the matrix.

Science

8th Grade Science we were able to use CSAP 2000 and 2001 Item map.  An average of the High, Medium, Low designations was given on the matrix.
