SUPER SITES FOR CAREER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION (7-12)

Teacher's Guide to BLS Career Information (K-12) The introductory interface targets younger kids, while the Occupational Outlook Handbook quickly leads to secondary level materials about specific careers.

The Career Key (8-12) The Career Key Web site takes advantage of the unique opportunities of the Internet. For example, when visitors take the Career Key assessment, they are able to learn a great deal about the occupations they identify -- job duties, pay, training requirements, and more from the premiere source of occupational information, the Occupational Outlook Handbook.

Association for Career and Technical Education (7-12) The Association for Career and Technical Education is the largest national education association dedicated to education advancements that prepare youth and adults for careers.

Center for Occupational Research and Development (K-12) CORD is a national non-profit organization providing innovative changes in education to prepare students for greater success in careers and higher education.
